Breeding season has once again come around. It was
decided to hold off on AI till the spring time with
some of our young up and coming does. We hope to
have some promising fall kids from the crosses we
have planned.
We have a few does due in January bred to a
Remington grandson. We're hoping for some pretty
doe kids from that cross. Most of the older does
are bred to a RRD Hammertime son. He's been
throwing kids with perfect heads and great bone and
twists. Two of our does are bred to a buck
nicknamed Kapow. He originated from Jerico Farms
and has quite the impressive pedigree. Most of all
though, we like the length, heads and necks he
throws in his offspring. We also put our Junior
buck Mr. Jingles in with a doe to see what he'll throw.
If you're looking for spring wethers or doe kid
prospects we'll have plenty from January on through
April.

The American Boer Goat Association is having a
Membership Drive! ABGA has a limited time offer
for all owners of non-ABGA registered Boer goats
to enroll their herd for free. Whether you have 1
or 100 goats, ABGA is waiving the normal
enrollment fees for all goats currently
registered with another United States based Boer
association. We will also waive the transfer fee
if the transfer has not yet been completed, so
find those registration certificates and save,
save, save. But, as the old saying goes, all good
things must come to an end. This offer is good
through March 31, 2006 only. You must have your
paperwork in the ABGA office by March 31 to
qualify. All you have to do is fill out the
Membership Drive Application and the Herd
Enrollment form and send them in with your
original non-ABGA certificates.
